Have your diesel mechanic set the timing and initial valve clearances to the correct WL or WL-T specification. These diesel long blocks are not hot-tested. Check the cooling system, injection equipment and, on turbo models, the turbocharger and oil lines before first start.
Diagnose the original failure
Low power, smoke, oil consumption or overheating need proper diagnosis. A symptom alone does not establish that the long motor is the failed component.
Follow the correct procedure
Use a qualified mechanic, correct fluids and filters, and the supplied installation instructions. Check external components before reusing them.
Document commissioning
Follow the supplied run-in and service schedule. Retain fitting invoices, checks and service records for future support.

Contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery for an eligible non-warranty return. The engine must be unused, uninstalled and unaltered, with its original packaging intact.
The restocking fee applies to the engine purchase price. You pay return freight, and original shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Returns are inspected before refund approval. Warranty claims follow the separate warranty process.
