No exchange core is required. Keep your original engine until your installer has finished transferring the parts needed for your vehicle.
Your vehicle’s matched accessories
Suitable intake and exhaust manifolds, sensors and other external bolt-on accessories transfer from your original engine. Your workshop should inspect reused parts and confirm the fitting gaskets, seals, fluids and filters it will need.
This is a long-motor supply, not a complete engine replacement service. Labour and additional fitting parts should be included in your workshop quote.

The G4GC uses a timing belt. Include the belt, tensioner/idlers and water-pump condition in your workshop’s fitting plan. Confirm what is already fitted to the supplied assembly and which new service parts are needed before booking the job.
Have your installer follow the correct vehicle service manual for timing, tensioning and future maintenance intervals. Do not carry over a damaged or unknown-history belt.
Oil consumption, smoke or engine noise?
Have the cause diagnosed before ordering. These symptoms can have more than one cause; ask your mechanic to assess the engine and its supporting systems. Check cooling, lubrication and reused parts, resolve the original fault, and follow the installation and run-in requirements.

Contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery for an eligible non-warranty return. The engine must be unused, uninstalled and unaltered, with its original packaging intact.
The restocking fee applies to the engine purchase price. You pay return freight, and original shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Returns are inspected before refund approval. Warranty claims follow the separate warranty process.
