A new engine assembly is different from a used engine or a reconditioned donor motor.
Timing components are not included
Arrange the required timing components with your installer. Your original bolt-on components need to be inspected and transferred where suitable.
Check the fuel system, manifolds, sensors and accessories before reuse. For a turbo application, plan the turbocharger transfer and assess its condition.

7 days to arrange your return.
Contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery for an eligible non-warranty return. The engine must be unused, uninstalled and unaltered, with its original packaging intact.
The restocking fee applies to the engine purchase price. You pay return freight, and original shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Returns are inspected before refund approval. Warranty claims follow the separate warranty process.

Is this a new or reconditioned engine?

What is included in the long block?
The cylinder head, engine block, crankshaft, pistons and connecting rods are supplied assembled. Timing components are not included; bolt-on components must be inspected and transferred where suitable.
Does a turbo option include a turbocharger?
Turbo describes the engine configuration. The offer is a long block for your existing bolt-on components; plan the turbocharger transfer with your installer where applicable.
Can I view the hot-test video?
Use the supplied QR code to access the individual engine hot-test video. The published warranty page notes that availability can vary by engine configuration. A warehouse overview is separate from the individual running-check video.
Do I send my old engine back?
No core exchange is required. Keep your original engine until your installer has completed the accessory transfer.
Will a new engine fix an overheating problem?
The underlying cause must be diagnosed and corrected before installation. A replacement long block does not repair faults elsewhere in the cooling system.
