Contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery for an eligible non-warranty return. The engine must be unused, uninstalled and unaltered, with its original packaging intact.
The restocking fee applies to the engine purchase price. You pay return freight, and original shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Returns are inspected before refund approval. Warranty claims follow the separate warranty process.

Is this a new or reconditioned Cummins 6BT?
Both selectable options are brand new: a 6BT long block or a complete engine assembly. Confirm the included components for your chosen option in the written quote.
Will it fit any machine with a Cummins 5.9L engine?
Fitment must be checked against the full engine identification and equipment requirements. Send the make, model, year, serial number and CPL where available, plus photographs of the mounts, sump and flywheel housing.
What horsepower does this 6BT produce?
The supplied power rating and operating speed must be confirmed for your application. Do not use a rating from another 6BT listing as the specification for this engine.
What is the difference between long block and complete assembly?
The long block is intended for a planned transfer of compatible external equipment. The complete assembly includes the additional bolt-on parts specified on the order. Confirm the turbo, injection equipment, starter, alternator, flywheel and housing before purchase.
Do I have to return my old engine?
No core exchange is required. Keep the old engine until your installer has checked whether any application-specific parts need transferring.
How much will the complete replacement cost?

Does the warranty include installation labour?
